🥩 Meatloaf Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
🍄 Creamy Mushroom Sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- Salt, pepper, thyme to taste
🥔 Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
🌿 Roasted Green Beans
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, black pepper, and garlic powder
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Combine meatloaf ingredients and shape into mini loaves. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, boil potatoes and garlic until soft. Mash with butter, milk, salt and pepper.
- For green beans, toss with oil and seasoning. Roast on a sheet at 400°F for 20 minutes.
- Sauté mushrooms in butter, add garlic, then stir in cream and broth. Simmer until thickened.
- Plate everything together. Spoon mushroom sauce over meatloaves and serve hot!
